Position Summary and Requirements: This is a full-time exempt position responsible for the management and day to day operations of the agency. The director will manage clinical teams and specialty care programs. He/she will also ensure the continuity and consistency in the delivery of excellent quality care and customer service, while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Qualifications of education and/or experience: Bachelors Degree from 4-year Nursing Program or Bachelor’s in Business or other related field. Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and JCAHO Standards for Home Care. Seven years healthcare experience, including four years healthcare management experience. Home Care Aide We are currently seeking responsible individuals to provide personal care and homemaking services to clients in their homes. Full- and part-time positions are open with day and evening shifts. High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year recent experience in providing personal care is required. State nurse aide certification or successful completion of a nurse aide or home care aide training course at an approved institution is preferred. This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, flexibility, and sensitivity to deadlines.
