Office Receptionist operates a multi-line phone system and performs basic office duties. Full-time position: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Full-time RN Case Manager for VNA The RN Case Manager coordinates and administers skilled nursing services in accordance with a written plan of treatment to home health clients in the southeastern portion of our service area. Participates in primary on-call rotation. Full-time position. Part-time LPN for VNA and Hospice The LPN for home health and hospice assists RN Case Managers in administering skilled nursing services to home health and hospice clients in their homes. Geographic area within our service area to be determined. Participates in primary on-call rotation one weekend per month. Half-time position. We are currently seeking responsible individuals for the position of Home Care Aide, to provide personal care and homemaking services to clients in their homes. Full- and part-time positions are open with day and evening shifts. High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in providing personal care is required. State nurse aide certification or successful completion of a nurse aide or home care aide training course at an approved institution is preferred. Applicants must have reliable transportation and proof of current automobile liability insurance. |
