Your tax deductible donation to Appalachian Communith VNA, Hospice & Health Services helps us provide home health care services to those who may not otherwise be able to afford the care they need.
Please help support the work we do by donating to ACVNAHHS. Every gift, no matter the size, is greatly appreciated.
We are now able to process donations via your MasterCard or Visa charge cards. To donate via credit card, please call (740)-594-8226 or if you are outside Athens County please call (800) 837-1112.
Please note:
Because we use PayPal for our online donation processing, please indicate under "Additional Information" on the payment form whether you would like to be recognized in our newsletter as a contributor. Please also let us know if your gift is In Honor Of or In Memory Of a person and if there is any family to be notified.

All free-will donations to the Appalachian Community Visiting Nurse Association, Hospice & Health Services are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
If you prefer to mail in your donation, you can download, print and complete our Donation form. The form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader if you don't already have it installed on your computer.

Commemorate a Loved One
Celebrate the life of a loved one by purchasing a commemorative brick for either our Veteran's Garden, or for our Commemorative Garden.
